3) Itinerary information and reliance

• Itinerary descriptions are provided to help you make an informed choice before deciding to book or purchase.
• Planned activities, times, and sequence may change due to operational factors, weather, force majeure, or availability constraints.
• When changes occur, the most current information will be communicated where practicable. You acknowledge that the final itinerary may differ from early drafts.

4) Payments, taxes, and refunds

• Unless otherwise stated in the quote and confirmation, prices and any fees are determined by the confirmation documents.
• Refund eligibility and processing depend on the confirmed arrangement and applicable cancellation terms.
• Where applicable, taxes and fees are handled in accordance with the quote and confirmation.

5) Limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, sysmeshhub.com and its representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third parties (including transport or accommodation providers), or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by Ukrainian law.

6) Required legal notices (Ukraine)

Electronic commerce and related provider obligations are governed by Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" № 675-VIII від 03.09.2015, Стаття 7.
